After School Program
Train Skills, Grow Character, Enjoy Evenings. An After School Program in Mississauga
Finding safe, structured care between school and dinner shouldn’t be stressful. Our After School Program gives families a reliable end-of-day routine where students are picked up, welcomed by staff, and guided through age-grouped blocks that balance academics, fitness, and character development. Led by experienced instructors and black-belt mentors, we create a respectful, inclusive space where kids build confidence, focus, and healthy habits that carry into school and home.
Each afternoon includes a check-in and snack, a guided homework block (support available for Grades 1–6), and active training in Taekwon-do and Kickboxing fundamentals. To keep energy positive and minds engaged, students also rotate through skill-building activities such as Badminton & Tennis, Table Tennis, and Constructive Console Games run in short, timed sessions. The result is a calm, consistent routine: move, learn, reset and then head home ready for the evening.
We welcome Grade 1 and up (beginners included) at our two Mississauga locations at Mavis & Burnhamthorpe and Erin Mills & Dundas. Transportation to our facility is included. Book a trial or tour to see how the program works day to day and secure your child’s spot.
Program offered at both Mississauga locations: Mavis & Burnhamthorpe and Erin Mills & Dundas.
What your child does here
Each afternoon, students arrive, check in with staff, and rotate through age-grouped, supervised blocks. We balance movement, skills, and social time so kids go home active, confident, and ready for the next day.
Martial arts training
Age-appropriate Taekwon-do and Kickboxing fundamentals: stance, footwork, striking, pad work, and controlled drills. Builds confidence, respect, focus, and discipline.
Badminton & Tennis
Foundational racquet skills with simple games. Footwork, grip, and hand-eye coordination develop quickly, and light match play teaches sportsmanship and teamwork.
Table Tennis
Fast, fun, and inclusive. Rally drills and spin control sharpen reaction time, coordination, and strategic thinking, great for all experience levels.
Constructive Console Games
Curated, age-appropriate titles used in short, timed sessions. Cooperative play encourages problem solving, communication, and goal setting, with clear screen-time boundaries.
