Group fitness is a program that seeks to help people get back or into shape by doing fundamental movements and exercises. The class will be led by Coach Jon and Maryanne, and we will be going through a series of exercises that target the whole body with the minimal equipment.
This class is distinct from our other disciplines in that it is more of an introductory to fitness. The participant will be learning how to properly do fundamental exercise movements such as squats, push ups, hinge, and pulls, and how to activate the muscles properly.
On top of that, you will not only learn more about the body, but will be improving it and getting more fit. The greatest benefit in this class is that you will have fitness professionals who are ready to answer all of your health questions, and can keep you accountable to developing a healthy lifestyle.
